The A-game: Live your mission, realise your vision

When it comes to creating a vision, writing a mission and nailing values… most agencies screw it up.

Buzzwords, check. Generic, check. Appealing to everyone and their neighbour, check. They lack real meaning, miss the point and flop.

Because it’s not about what you want.

Agencies need to turn things inside out and adopt a new mindset; how are we going to address ‘this’ market challenge, solve ‘this’ and make the world a better place ‘this’ way.

Jay speaks to Strategic Business Consultant, Jonny Tooze. Jonny works with agencies to revitalise and channel their energy into the right places at the right time for fast growth, motivating agencies to build real structure around their goals.

They discuss how you can get to the nitty gritty behind your mission, vision and values. A new perspective you can actually realise.

Your 'too-long-didn't-watch' takeaway (TLDW):

A vision really is a destination that can manifest itself in many different ways. You've got to add that bit of poetry because that's where the soul comes from. quote mark

About Jonny

Strategic Business Consultant

Jonny works with founders and celebrities to put structure around their ambitions and help them navigate the narrow path to success.

He spent his career operating in the intersection of technology, creativity, and marketing.

His first business was founded when he was 17. Where he then went on to work at a global corporation in their mobile division just as mobile phones boomed. Within 18 months, and at just 21 years old, he was offered the role of Head of Digital for Europe by the CMO. Although he didn’t take the role, it gave him the confidence to follow his dreams and build an agency of his own.

Leveraging his journey’s highs and lows, he now shares insights and strategies to inspire and guide.
